A.L.S. (1729 Feb. 11, Pisa) to Diego Sanduccio chiefly on sixteenth-century history of regional places, includes a lengthy quotation in Latin from a 1575 text. Evidence of a seal. The acidic ink has damaged the paper, now encapsulated in mylar ; in Italian.

WorldCat record id: 269579324 Luigi Guido Grandi was an Italian priest, philosopher, mathematician, and engineer. He was Jesuit-educated and became a member of the Camaldolese order. He became a professor of philosophy at the Camaldolese monastery in Florence in 1700 and a professor of mathematics in 1714. He died in 1742 in Pisa. From ...
